You can recover your account on a new device or a newly installed version of the app by opening Yoti and selecting the "Already have an account" option. Click on "Restore from iCloud" or "Restore from Google drive" and follow the on-screen instructions. You will be required to take a photo and do a video test as part of the verification process.
