Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with the following so we can get you up and running again as quickly as possible:
- Error and debug logs
- Computer type
- OS version
- Language being used and its version
- Any relevant screenshots
Please also check that:
- you are using the Client SDK ID, Application ID and/or Scenario ID; and
- the location of your .pem file is correct.
