You can set up three email reminders to be sent out to signees who haven’t yet signed your document. They must be sent at 10am (local time) but can be sent on three separate dates of your choice.
You can configure reminders on step 5 of the sending process. Once someone has signed your document, they will no longer be sent reminders.
If all of the reminders have been sent then it is not possible to send any more for this document from within the Yoti Sign platform. You would either need to archive this document and create a new document, or send a manual prompt to the signer.
